• Colton City Manager Bill Smith to Retire After 11 Years Leading City (iecn.com) — Colton's longtime city manager Bill Smith will retire in November after 11 years in the city's top administrative role and 25 years working for Colton. His departure will trigger a major leadership transition as he helps the City Council craft a succession plan affecting budgeting, development, and day-to-day city operations. No successor has been named yet.
