
ANTIOCH, CA – A crash caused traffic backups on the Antioch Bridge for more than 90 minutes today, a California Highway Patrol spokesman said.
The crash was reported at 11:13 a.m. on the southbound side of the bridge, also known as state Highway 160, CHP Officer Brandon Correia said.
Someone suffered minor injuries in the crash but did not require transport to a hospital, according to Correia.

The crash initially shut down the bridge in both directions. The northbound side reopened by 12:20 p.m. and all lanes reopened by shortly after 12:50 p.m., he said.
