Six Classic Homes, Two Beautiful Neighborhoods
Six examples of classic architecture in two different Coronado neighborhoods will be featured during the 2013 Coronado Historic Home Tour, Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 12 (11 AM to 4 PM). One Queen Ann beauty, built in the late 1800s, was originally owned by an early horticulturist for the Hotel del Coronado, and many of its architectural details bear a striking resemblance to many of those found on the historic hotel. The annual Home Tour is a major fundraiser for the Coronado Historical Association.
