Summer Entertainment Series

• Enjoy the last concert of the Summer Entertainment series. The free concert will start at Noon on Wednesday, Aug. 7 at the Community Center. 

• Meet and greet with author Rina Torri. She will sign and discuss her book No Rocking Chairs Yet: The Default Setting for Life After 50 Just Got Kicked Down the Beach. Book signing will be at 5 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 8 at Bay Books. 

• In celebration of Peace and Humanity Day, the San Diego–Worldwide Initiative to Safeguard Humanity (SD-WISH) will host the event Floating Paper Lanterns ceremony. The event will start at 6 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 9 at the Aquatic Center. 

• Coronado Library will host a piano concert featuring John Mark Harris. The concert will kick off at 7 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 9 at the Coronado Library.
