Join Sonserae Leese, Executive Director of Sophie’s Dream — a nonprofit that helps people heal from trauma and PTSD through the arts — for a restorative mandala painting workshop. Sonserae brings over 25 years of experience as an artist in the film industry (Walt Disney Studios, Sony, Nickelodeon) and personal experience of healing from trauma. She teaches drawing and painting techniques while offering gentle, practical suggestions for moving through sadness, avoiding stuckness, and setting small, positive goals for the future.
This hands-on class supplies everything you need to create colorful mandala stones: dotting tools, brushes, pattern guides, paints, and rocks. All materials are included so you can continue painting at home after the session.
