BOA Steakhouse in Santa Monica Features New Lunch Menu
Meet there for the meat, but there's so much more!
If you’re familiar with the dining scene in Santa Monica, you probably know that the area is freckled with some fine culinary options. One that comes to mind is the heralded BOA Steakhouse, a part of the Innovative Dining Group’s roster of restaurants.
BOA exhibits a trendy modern flair, complimenting expanding views of the Pacific. Steaks and chops are a given, include a nice variety of prime Omaha beef dishes such as the “40 Day” Dry Aged New York Strip and the “Bone In” Rib Eye, as well as Certified Organic Beef and Premium American Wagyu, all served with a choice of rubs and house made sauces, including BOA’s own J-1 sauce.
A wide spectrum of delicious sides is also offered, including the Classic Caesar Salad made tableside and Mac-n-Cheese. Poultry dishes and seafood options are also available, along with numerous sandwiches and salads at lunchtime. For those who care to imbibe, there’s an extensive cocktail menu and a Wine Spectator award-winning wine list.

With the arrival of their new lunch menu, several carnivorous options continue to corral the compliments.
A definite must is their Smoked Wagyu Tri Tip with Brie, roasted peppers and black pepper aioli. The presentation of this dish alone makes it memorable.

I also loved the Wagyu Flat Iron Salad, with roasted shallots, pickled shimeji mushrooms, crispy onions topped with Dijon vinaigrette.
On the lighter side was their Heirloom Quinoa, and with some added salmon, it makes this one a winner in my book, since I’m a fish lover.
Then there’s the Grilled Chicken Torta, with charred panela cheese, escabeche, and black bean chips. It’s a mouthful of heaven.
If you’re a fan of burrata, check out the Avocado & Burrata Toast, with king trumpet mushrooms hazelnuts, and truffle vinaigrette.
This is no ordinary restaurant. If you want to pamper your palate, BOA is worth your consideration, either for lunch or dinner.
