At a recent awards ceremony and council presentation, officials highlighted how environmental responsibility can align with business success, and any Culver City business can still enroll in the program for help meeting sustainability goals.
   

• Lead Actor Job in Robot Self Defense Course, Age 18-55 (backstage.com) — Culver City and Los Angeles martial arts coaches are being recruited for a one-day shoot on October 15 for a reality-style documentary about defending against humanoid robots. The paid role offers about eight hours of work at a flat $350 rate and seeks passionate fighters or coaches willing to showcase their skills on camera.
