Public Hearing For Proposed Mixed-Use Building In Downtown Culver City

The proposed building will include 34 residential units and about 2,700 square feet of commercial space.

CULVER CITY, CA — The public is invited to give input on the plans for a proposed mixed commercial and residential building in downtown Culver City.

The proposed building will be located at 9763 Culver Blvd., across the street from City Hall. It would be three to four levels with the ground floor being used for commercial purposes, and the remaining floors being used for 34 residential units; including some low-income housing.

The meeting will be held in person at City Hall and virtually via Webex on Aug. 10 at 7 p.m. Face masks will be required at the meeting, officials said.

Culver City Council will hear public opinion to consider approval for the Site Plan Review and recommendation to the City Council for the Density and Other Bonus Incentives. Comments can be submitted before 3 p.m. the day of the meeting. Here's how to submit an e-comment.
