Environmental Impact Report Addendum Now Available

The 2020 West Los Angeles College Master Plan Update, Draft 4th Addendum to the 2010 Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (EIR) is now available for public review and comment. The College is now proposing replacement of the HLRC Building (located in the center-east portion of the campus) with new construction (of approximately the same size as the existing building) rather than renovating the old building. Campus Perimeter Again Open to Public

The Los Angeles Community College District, in consultation with the County Sheriff, has lifted the campus access restrictions previously put into place. Those restrictions were predicated on a concern for the campus in light of possible continued civil unrest occurring in Culver City and the surrounding neighborhoods.

Community neighbors are now welcome back to campus and to enjoy the walk or run around the College's perimeter. However, please remember that restrictions for going into the interior of campus are still in place.
