• Cupertino restaurant accused of using paperwork trick in dispute over unpaid wages (newsbreak.com) — Santa Clara County is suing Cupertino restaurant Liang's Village, alleging it dodged more than $200,000 in court-ordered back wages by dissolving one corporation and reopening under another name at the same Cupertino location.
