Assistance League Thrift Shop’s Pretty Dresses/Shoes Online Event

Customers who have signed up to be on Assistance League^® of Diablo Valley’s Thrift-e-Mail list look forward to the Pretty Dresses and Shoes Online Event scheduled to begin on Monday August 3. At the risk of dropping names, the following might sound familiar: Betsy Johnson, Kenneth Cole, Un Deux Trois, Via Spiaga, Marco Santi, Michael Pliner and Jessica McClintock.

Likewise, regular Thrift-e-Mails featuring special merchandise available to Buy It Now are also sent to those listed on our customer list. Look for this sign: Buy It Now: AssistanceLeagueThrift@gmail.com.

Purchased items will become available by appointment for pickup on Friday, from 10 to 11:30 a.m., at Assistance League Thrift Shop at the Way Side Inn, located at 3521 Golden Gate Way, Lafayette. (Please note: tax, handling and shipping are extra.)

As for additional retail therapy, the thrift shop will be available for in store shopping on an APPOINTMENT ONLY basis:

· Days of operation will be Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

· County approved masks must be worn upon arrival, waiting in line, actual shopping, check-out and departure

· No more than three shoppers will be admitted at any given time. Social distancing will be required. The time allotted, 30 minutes.

· Donations will be welcome on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, from 9 to 11 a.m.
