Elena Arney, who helped get out the word on Team Callaway, says “because of the money raised, NephCure Kidney International has selected San Francisco as a “NACI (Nephcure’s Accelerating Cures Institute) Center of Excellence” location.

Wilson’s mother Andi is thrilled by the development, “Establishing a Nephrology ‘Center of Excellence’ at top hospitals and research institutes across the country is one of the strategic objectives that is going to help bring a cure to this disease. It is in the early stages of roll out, but we are thrilled to get San Francisco on the roll out schedule.”

A special thanks to the Danville Patch community—following our original story, Team Calloway raised approximately $20,000. You have a heart of gold, Danville!
