Join Caramia Tambornino at YogaSix Danville for a special two-hour workshop exploring the transformative connection between breath and movement. Through guided discussion, experiential breathwork practices, and mindful movement, you'll learn how conscious breathing can support both physical and mental well-being while bringing greater ease and intention to your yoga practice.

Caramia brings decades of experience studying and teaching yoga, and is known for her thoughtful instruction, deep knowledge, and ability to make complex concepts accessible to students of all levels. Whether you're new to yoga or a longtime practitioner, this workshop offers an opportunity to learn from one of the Bay Area's most respected teachers in a welcoming, supportive environment.
