Menu Items Featured at New Danville Eatery Pay Homage to Local Landmarks
In the Mix Salads, Wraps & More offers healthy meals for those crunched for time.
DANVILLE, CA — Locals hungry for a healthy lunch now have a new option available in Danville. In the Mix Salads, Wraps & More, a new East Bay eatery owned by Danville residents Mariah Baqeezada and Gary Hutchinson, opened on July 9. A ribbon cutting ceremony was held on Aug. 2 to celebrate the new sandwich shop, according to the Danville Chamber of Commerce.
The menu items, like the Hartz Avenue Wrap and Iron Horse Ranch Salad, which are named after local landmarks, and give the restaurant an immediate and enduring Tri-Valley tie.
The restaurant owners say they are dedicated to buying fresh ingredients from local farmers, according to the company’s Facebook page.
