Motorcycle Rider Killed In Danville Crash: Police

DANVILLE, CA — A 21-year-old motorcyclist died after he lost control of his motorcycle and crashed Wednesday night, Danville police officials said. The fatal collision was reported in the area of Camino Tassajara and Sycamore Valley Road about 7:12 p.m., according to police.

Camino Tassajara was closed for several hours following the wreck. No other vehicles were involved in the collision.

The rider, who was pronounced dead at the scene, was from the east coast. Police are not yet releasing the rider’s name.
