In-N-Out Suspect Also Accused Of Harassing People In Danville

A man arrested on charges of harassing diners at a San Ramon In-N-Out is also believed to have shouted slurs at Filipinos in Danville.

DANVILLE, CA — A man arrested in connection with making racist and homophobic slurs to Asian-American diners at a San Ramon In-N-Out is also accused of similar actions in Danville on Christmas morning, according to reports.

Jordan Douglas Krah, a 40-year-old from Denver, was arrested Monday following a San Ramon police investigation into a viral TikTok video that showed a man thought to be him berating Korean-American diners unprovoked on Christmas Eve.

The following day, Krah is suspected of harassing Abigail Halili and her siblings while window shopping in downtown Danville.

Halili, who is of Filipino descent, told KTVU that she and her siblings heard a man yelling from a parked car window. “The man yelled, "You guys are gonna vandalize the shop, you're gonna rob the place, I don't trust you guys. Leave! You guys are Filipino idiots!" she said.

Halili said the man kept shouting, made an obscene hand gesture, and accused her and her siblings of being cocaine dealers.

When she posted a video of the incident on social media, people told her about the incident in San Ramon, where Krah allegedly told Korean diners they were “Kim Jong Un’s boyfriend,” referred to himself as a “slavemaster,” and told them he would meet them outside, in addition to other insults and threats.

San Ramon police told ABC7 News that the man seen in Halili’s video was the man arrested Monday afternoon. Ariane Kim, one of the victims of the In-N-Out incident, told CBS News that Halili contacted her with the video, and she confirmed it was the same man.

San Ramon Police Chief Carlson Denton said in a statement Monday that San Ramon detectives initiated a criminal investigation following the video, and arrested Krah Monday afternoon.

Krah is in custody as of Monday at the Martinez Detention Facility and charged with two counts of PCC 422.6: one for the event in Danville, and the other for San Ramon. PCC 422.6 is defined as intimidating, oppressing or threatening other people “ in whole or in part because of one or more of the actual or perceived characteristics of the victim.”
