• Signage Is Up as Strict New Danville E-Bike Law Goes Into Effect Bay Area Telegraph (bayareatelegraph.com) — Danville has begun enforcing a strict new rule that bans riding e-bikes, electric motorcycles, and motorized scooters anywhere inside town parks, requiring riders to dismount and walk from park boundary to boundary. The ordinance, adopted after safety complaints and nearly two years of debate, also sets speed limits and clarifies trail and sidewalk rules, especially important for families whose kids ride to schools and parks.
