Naked Man Atop Tree Keeps Northern California Police, Firefighters at Bay
Officials are trying to negotiate the man's descent in an unusual situation unfolding near CSU, Chico.
Chico, CA — A man who shed his clothing and climbed a tree in Chico is successfully avoiding police and fire officials this morning, according to a media report.
Action News Now reported the naked man was spotted Wednesday morning walking down Nord Avenue in Chico before climbing onto a roof and then into a tree in University Village.
