Prosecutors stressed the seriousness of the out-of-state child exploitation charges, while the defense argued that continued incarceration could upend his established life in the Davis area.

3. No. 18 Harvard Men's Water Polo Drops First Tournament Against Three Top Ranked Opponents (thecrimson.com) — UC Davis hosted the Aggie Classic in Davis, where the No. 6 Aggies capped the weekend with a 17-13 win over visiting No. 18 Harvard in men's water polo.
