Sound Off to Davis Police On Traffic, Crime Reduction

The Davis Police Department is holding a series of community meeting that will determine priorities for years to come.

DAVIS, CA — The Davis Police Department hosted a community meeting at the library Thursday night seeking feedback on traffic issues, crime prevention and community engagement.

If you missed the meeting - mark you calendar for the next opportunity:

  • Sept. 15, 6 p.m., Montgomery Elementary Multipurpose Room
  • Sept. 22, 6:30 p.m., Patwin Elementary Multipurpose Room
  • Sept. 29, 6 p.m., Holmes Junior High Library

"We are currently in the process of drafting our new strategic plan and are actively seeking YOUR input," the department said in an announcement. "The strategic plan guides our significant decisions and helps ensure that our department is concentrating its resources on community-focused objectives. Importantly, this document will guide Davis PD for years to come which is why your feedback is so important to us."
