Attend an Open House for Proposed Multi-Unit Project in Del Mar
The developer said the project includes 7 units of affordable housing, of which four will be deeded to no cost to community non-profits.

A development team is in the early stages of planning a residential project called Watermark Del Mar for the vacant property southwest of the intersection of Jimmy Durante Boulevard and San Dieguito Road.
In order to introduce the proposal to the community and get early feedback, they are holding a Community Open House on Monday, July 29, 2013 from 5:00-7:00 PM at the Powerhouse Community Center.
