SD County Democratic Party to Watch State of the Union in Carmel Valley

The San Diego County Democratic Party will host State of the Union viewing parties in Carmel Valley and Chula Vista Tuesday evening.

“There is a lot of excitement in San Diego about the President’s agenda in his second term,” said Francine Busby, Chair of the County Democratic Party in an announcement. “President Obama received a majority of San Diego County’s votes in both of his elections. We know he will continue to move the country forward on job growth, immigration reform, climate change, and gun control.”

Busby will be at the viewing party in Carmel Valley at Oggi’s Pizza and Brewing Co. at 12840 Carmel Country Rd. Democrats will also be gathering at Mangia Italiano at 248 Third Ave. in Chula Vista.The broadcast begins at 5:30 and the President’s address begins at 6:00.
