SD County Medical Society Foundation to Host Sunset 5K
Non Profit Organization to Hold Second Annual Solana Beach Sunset 5K; Raise Awareness for Diabetes
November is National Diabetes Awareness Month and the San Diego County Medical Society Foundation will be hosting its second annual Solana Beach Sunset 5K on Saturday, Nov. 14 at 3 p.m. in Solana Beach. The health expo and registration will start at 2 p.m. The Solana Beach 5K is the Southern California’s ONLY sunset beach run, with proceeds benefiting San Diego County Medical Society Foundation’s diabetes prevention efforts. It will include a wellness expo with free goodies, kids’ activities, and live music—all designed for to make fitness fun for San Diegans of every age.
