ULI Special Breakfast Meeting
How Can Growth be Accommodated in the Unincorporated County of San Diego?

Urban Land Institute San Diego – Tijuana District Council (ULI), will host a special November breakfast meeting on Friday, November 13 at 7:30 a.m. at the Hilton Del Mar, located at 15575 Jimmy Durante Blvd.
The program will address how the County of San Diego will accommodate a “fair share” of the future growth for the region as projected by SANDAG. At present count there are only six projects working their way through entitlement within the unincorporated County of San Diego, and there are significant concerns over consistency with the County’s General Plan.
The program will be moderated by Gary London of London Group Realty Advisors. Panelists include Randy Goodson of Lilac Hills Ranch, Mark Wardlaw of County of San Diego, Rita Brandin of Newland Sierra and Dan Silver of Endangered Habitats League.
