Congratulations to the Diamond Bar High School Boys Golf Team, who earned the  2012 CIF-Southern Section Western Regional Championship. They won the title on Monday, May 7 at Sierra La Verne Country Club. The DBHS golfers and their scores are Dean Sakata, 69; Jason Chen, 70; Sahith Theegala, 74; Chris Nijthaworn, 75; Brian Fong, 77; and Jefferson Kao, 77. "The best part is we beat some of the top teams in the State!" said Coach Ty Watkins. The DBHS teamwill play on Thursday, May 10 in the CIF-SS TEAM FINALS at Rancho San Marcos Golf Course in Santa Barbara.
