Southern California Edison customers who own inefficient halogen and incandescent light fixtures can exchange them for up to 10 new, Energy-Star-labeled lamps.
Pre-registration is not required; however lamp quantities are limited and the exchange will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Proof of residency (electricity bill or CA driver license) within Southern California Edison service territory is required.
