This Thursday, September 1 @ 7:45 PM the CAAW will hold its regular bimonthly Board meeting at the Walnut Senior Center (21215 La Puente Rd, in Walnut). We are honored to have the candidates for the Walnut Valley Unified School District Board present: current board member Dr. Larry Redinger, Mr. Phillip Chen and Mr. Benjamin Yip. Everyone in Walnut and Diamond Bar is invited!
This is a rare opportunity for residents to talk to the candidates in person and get to know their educational philosophy and goals for our schools before the election this November. The meeting will be informal in style.
There is no need to register for the meeting; all you need to do is show up on time. CAAW (Chinese American Association in Walnut) Board Members thank you sincerely for your continued support.
