The Solano Federal Credit Union in Fairfield was robbed at gunpoint Dec. 12.

Fairfield police said today that a San Francisco man was arrested for the robbery of a credit union in Fairfield in December.

The second getaway vehicle escaped but was later found in Fairfield, police said. Police recovered a firearm and other evidence related to the robbery at the location where Hill was arrested, police said.
Hill is also considered a suspect in the armed robberies of a gas station in the 3300 block of North Texas Street on Sept. 10, 2014, and of a check-cashing store in the 2100 block of North Texas Street two days later.
In December, police arrested Gabriel Mosby, 55, believed to be the driver of the second getaway vehicle, at a residence on Kennedy Court in Fairfield. He was booked into Solano County Jail on suspicion of robbery and conspiracy.
Mosby’s trial is scheduled for Sept. 1 in Solano County Superior Court, and a date for Hill’s trial will be set on Sept. 2.
