Caller's Tip Of Man With Gun Leads To Arrest In Fairfield
The 21-year-old was apprehended Sunday.

Fairfield police arrested a 21-year-old man on suspicion of weapons-related offenses Sunday after an anonymous caller tipped off police that he was allegedly armed with a gun in public, police said.
Police received a call at 6:36 p.m. from a citizen who said a man was loitering near the Rockwell Manor Apartments at 693 E. Tabor Ave., according to police.
Officers responded to the area and located Fairfield resident Jalen Allen. Officers found Allen with a loaded .45-caliber handgun in his waistband and took him into custody without further incident, police said.
