Job Description 3 month contract-to-hire
**All potential candidates must be able to read a tape measure down to 1/16th of an inch.
Candidates will be cross trained throughout the plant working on multiple divisions. (Lines: 1-4, grinder, eye, and lamination)
Lamination – Foam goes through a machine that applies a sticker to the blocks
Eye – “cutting line” is ran by a computer program – will have to change wire and may have to do some programming
Grinding – Takes the left over scrapes which recycles them through the grinding machine
Cutting Line - Candidates will be using a tape measure to set up a string on both sides of the machines that will be used to cut the block.
Shifts
Monday – Friday
(Must be available for occasional Saturday’s when scheduled)
Day: 5am – 1:30p/ (OT)
Swing: 3:30pm – 10p/ (OT)
Pay
Starting at $13.00 with a $1.00 - $1.50 raise once hired on permanently
(They are going to be very busy within the next couple months – which means there is going to be a lot of over time - $19.50/hour for any hours worked after 8 hours)
