Dixon PD: Reports of 'Suspicious' Toy, Walmart Purchases, Person Peering Into Cars

0035 Suspicious Circumstance in the 1400 block of Ary Ln.
0145 DUI driver reported in the 2600 block of N. First St.
0525 Parking complaint in the 900 block of Griffith Dr.
0920 Follow-up investigation at Dixon Police Department by telephone.
0950 Vandalism in the 100 blk of N. Almond St.

0955 Officers conducting a probation search in the 300 blk of Manning Way encountered three subjects who barricaded themselves in a bedroom. Parolee, Julee Ann Jones, 34, of Dixon, was arrested for 148(a)(1) PC – obstructing / delaying a peace officer, and 3056 PC – parole hold. Kenneth Charles James Mullens, 29, of Dixon, was arrested for 148(a)(1) PC – obstructing / delaying a peace officer. Richard William Muller, 32, of Vallejo, was arrested for 148(a)(1) PC – obstructing / delaying a peace officer. They were all transported to the Solano County Jail on the above charges. Units from the Solano Sheriff’s Dept assisted during the stand-off.

1145 Trespassing reported in the 300 blk of W. Cherry St.
1245 Verbal Dispute on Solano Dr.
1305 Follow-up investigation conducted at the Dixon Police Dept.
1340 Follow-up investigation conducted at the Dixon Police Dept.
1535 Brandishing a weapon reported in the 100 blk of N. First St.
1555 Follow-up investigation conducted at the Dixon Police Dept.
1635 Suspicious Circumstance in the 600 blk of Spruce St. RP found a gun and threw it away in the trash. Officer located and retrieved a child’s toy painted to resemble a gun.
1835 Suspicious purchases being conducted at WalMart, 235 E. Dorset Dr. Subjects were gone upon officer’s arrival.
1840 Civil Stand-by conducted at the Dixon Police Dept.
1925 Domestic Dispute report made at the Dixon Police Dept concerning an incident that occurred overnight.
1955 Citizen Assist in the 1000 blk of Jeffrey Ln.
2140 Citizen Assist by phone for a subject out of the area. RP was referred to her local law enforcement agency.
2240 Follow-up investigation conducted in the 400 blk of W. Chestnut St.
2250 Follow-up investigation conducted in the 300 blk of Calmace Dr.
2250 Citizen Assist recall by phone for a subject out of the area.
2300 Suspicious Persons looking into vehicles in the 2800 blk of West A St.
2335 Suspicious Occupied Vehicle in the area of Cagle Ct / Revelle Dr.
