• Duarte City Hall receives an exterior refresh (heysocal.com) — Duarte City Hall just finished a major exterior upgrade, giving the building new siding, lighting, gutters, and illuminated signage that residents can see now at 1600 Huntington Drive. The project replaces aging materials, improves functionality, and will guide future Civic Center improvements as the city continues investing in public facilities that serve everyday community needs. 
• National Merit 2027: LA County scholarship semifinalists announced (dailynews.com) — Duarte students Hana De Vitton and Karina Yue of California School of the Arts San Gabriel Valley have been named National Merit Scholarship semifinalists, standing out among top scholars across Los Angeles County. They'll now compete for part of nearly $24 million in scholarships, with finalists chosen based on academics, leadership, and community involvement through 2027.
