Alamo Canal Trail 580 Undercrossing in Dublin Closed
BREAKING: Officials say the trail has been damaged by recent flooding.
DUBLIN, CA — The Alamo Canal Trail 580 undercrossing has been temporarily closed to pedestrians and bicyclists, city officials said. There was not estimated time of reopening. Officials said the Alamo Canal Trail Dublin Boulevard undercrossing may also be closed due to flooding issues. No other information is currently available.
In nearby Pleasanton, a popular walking and bicycle trail remains closed due to the continued inclement weather, city officials said. The Arroyo Mocho trail, which is located along West Las Positas and I-680, was abruptly closed in January after the slopes started to slide into the canal following days of heavy rains. Crews were working on repairs Wednesday afternoon.
