Daycare, Retail Plans Approved At Dublin Blvd. And Grafton St.
The council approved plans for three commercial buildings totaling 32,000 square-feet at Dublin Boulevard and Grafton Street.

DUBLIN, CA — The Dublin City Council gave the go-ahead for plans to build three commercial buildings for a daycare facility and two retailers at Grafton Plaza, the city announced.
The plaza sits at the southeast corner of Dublin Boulevard and Grafton Street. The three proposed buildings would take up an estimated 31,900 square-feet.
Food and drink establishments are also planned to be built.

It's estimated that 146 parking spaces would be needed for the entire retail area.
Aloft Hotel, a 127-room, 63,300-square-foot, building has already been complete at the plaza. There are plans to build 115 townhomes, which are currently under construction, and a commercial center on site.

The residential portion of the property takes up the most space.
