Driver Exposes Himself To Mother, Daughter At Persimmon Place, Victim Says

The victim says she reported the indecent exposure to police and wants to warn other women.

DUBLIN, CA — A man in a silver Prius allegedly exposed himself to two women who were walking through the Persimmon Place shopping center parking lot earlier this month, according to one of the victims.

The woman says she and her mother were “targeted” as they walked into the Pacific Catch restaurant when the driver cornered the two with his car. The victim said the driver exposed himself while making eye contact with her mother.

"It happened so fast, when she told me what he was doing I chased his car," the victim told Patch via email.

The victim said the suspect fled the shopping center and she called police. She describes the suspect’s vehicle as a new, silver Prius with blue dealer plates.

“He definitely targeted us and had us cornered,” said said.

Dublin Police Services officials have not yet been reached for comment.
