DUBLIN, CA — Five candidates are vying for two city council seats in Dublin. Shawn Costello, Jean Josey, Bobby Khullar, R. Jing Firmeza and Shawn Kumagai hope to snag Abe Gupta's and Janine Thalblum's seats, which are expiring. Councilmember Arun Goel is challenging Mayor David Haubert. Goel's seat is not up for election this year.
