Dublin Kids Score New Bikes, Helmets for Christmas Thanks to Benevolent Landscaper, Police
Serpico Landscaping of Hayward provided the bicycles.
DUBLIN, CA — Eleven children in Dublin will have a brighter holiday season thanks to the generosity of a Hayward-based landscaping company. Dublin police officials said Serpico Landscaping recently donated 11 new bicycles to children living in the Emerald Vista Apartments.
The donations were handed out by Dublin police officers during the annual Wexford Way Holiday Party on Dec. 14. Police officials provided the children with new helmets and locks for the bicycles.
“The President/CEO of the company, Sharon Hanson, wanted to donate these bikes to kids in our local area,” Officer Channing Rhodes told Patch via email.
