Dublin: Property Taxes Due Nov. 1 in Alameda County
The payment date is here for the first installment of your 2016-2017 property taxes.

ALAMEDA COUNTY, CA — If you own a home or other property in Alameda County, the first installment of your 2016-17 property taxes are due on Tuesday, Nov. 1.
According to Alameda County Treasurer and Tax Collector Donald R. White, 430,000 property tax bills totaling $3.47 billion were mailed in October.
If you currently have a mortgage, the taxes should be paid automatically by your mortgage holder if you have taxes and insurance included in your payment. If your home is paid off, your taxes are due in two installments: Nov. 1, 2016 and Feb. 1, 2017. You also have the option of paying the entire bill at once on Nov. 1. If you miss the deadline there's a small grace period, and then a 10 percent penalty kicks in.
