Dublin Unified Seeking to Fill Haubert's Seat on the School Board
The appointee would fill the spot until it expires in December 2014

From the Dublin Unified School District:
On December 11, 2012 the Dublin Unified School District Board of Trustees adopted procedures and timelines for a provisional appointment to fill a board vacancy due to the former trustee David Haubert’s election to the Dublin City Council, effective December 4, 2012. This appointment will be in effect through the present term of office for the vacated position, which expires in December 2014.
The process for the provisional appointment includes the completion of an application and a formal interview by a board panel of two trustees. The board panel will nominate candidates to the full board, which will conduct interviews at the January 29, 2013 meeting of the board of trustees. The board will make the provisional appointment and the successful candidate will take the oath of office and be seated that evening.
Interested individuals are required to submit an application. Application packets are available at the following locations:

• The district main office at: 7471 Larkdale Avenue, Dublin, CA 94568
• Any DUSD School Main Office
• Application packets will also be mailed to interested parties upon request.

Larkdale Avenue on or before Friday, January 11, 2013, by 4:00 p.m.
Candidates will be contacted for an interview with the board panel, which will occur between January 14 – 18, 2013.
