Most people shy away from greens because they do not know how to prepare them. Fear not! You can learn how to prepare the most nutrient dense and healthiest foods on the planet...GREENS! Swiss Chard, Kale, Collard Greens and Spinach as well as healthy, protein-rich and gluten-free grains: Quinoa, Buckwheat, Teff and Amaranth will all be discussed. Generous servings of these of these low-calorie super foods will be served with ecipes demonstrated: kale Currant Salad, Collard Rolls, Sauteed Greens, Spinach Soup and Braised Swiss Chard.
