Here's your chance to learn how to make restaurant quality vegetarian dishes at home without the restaurant price! Learn the step by step on how to prepare a nutritious gourmet plant-based meal that meets low fat, high protein, and no cholesterol diets. A demonstration will show how to make Stuffed Collard Rolls with a Roasted Red Pepper Sauce; a new dish which is extremely delicious and can be adjusted to meet just about anyone's taste. Participants will also enjoy an Almond Mandarin Salad with Sweet and Sour Dressing and a Mango-Coconut Tapioca for dessert. Entrée-sized portions will be served so you can skip dinner on the night of the class. An $11 food fee is payable to the instructor at the class. 1 Class. Instructor: L. Books-Williams
