Grief Support Group - Transitions

Hope Hospice Grief Support Groups are open to the community.
You do not have to be a hospice family member to participate.

You do not have to face your grief alone. Our grief support groups offer the opportunity to join others who have a similar experience to yours. The trained facilitators provide a safe place to share your thoughts and feelings, to learn about the grief process and discover effective coping strategies.

The eight week session provide a way to explore grief in a safe and supportive environment. Sessions include sharing, coping strategies, exploring memories and discovering hope and finding meaning.
