Class Description (provided by City of Dublin):

Learn how to prepare healthier meals and snacks for your kids without sacrificing flavor, time or fun. Learn how the meals you prepare now can have a positive impact for the entire family and be the building blocks for a lifetime of good nutrition. Learn to prepare and sample Easy Enchiladas, Carrot Cake Muffins, Groovy Granola, Spectacular Spaghetti, Confetti Veggies, Date-Nut Chewies and other kid-friendly food items that are relatively inexpensive and uncomplicated. You and your children will enjoy preparing these health-promoting and earth-friendly meals together at home. A $13 food fee is payable to the Instructor. 1 Class. Instructor: L. Books-Williams
