Class Description (provided by City of Dublin):

Is pie crust an impossible chore that sends you to the store for a refrigerated crust or a fully made pie? Learn to make 'perfect pie crust' then thrill your family and friends with delicious fruit pies and quiches. Bring your pie plate, rolling pin and small mixing bowl (1 quart size). Participants will make and bake a crust and pie crust cookies; plus you'll leave with your crust ready to fill and recipe ideas too. Materials fee is already included. 1 Class. Instructor: K.
