Ever wonder why living and raw foods are now the latest trends in healthful eating? Participants will learn the benefits of these enzyme rich foods and how to prepare simple and basic items that are full of life force. A demonstration on how to make an easy blended Italian Soup, awesome Caesar Salad, Zucchini and Daikon Noodles with a Zesty Marinara Sauce, Fennel & Pumpkin Seed Un-Sausages and a Berry Cream Torte for dessert. All items are simple, delicious and can be adjusted to meet just about anyone's taste. A $12 food fee is payable to the instructor at the class. 1 Class. Instructor: L. Books-Williams
