Class Description (provided by the City of Dublin):
This hands-on class takes the lid off jarred salsa and teaches you how to create wonderful salsas. Not only will you learn how to grow the ingredients to make salsa, but also sample the many varieties (sweet, hot and savory) made with veggies and fruits. Students will make their own salsas in a friendly and fun classroom salsa cook-off. 1 Class. Instructor: K. Billingsley
