Free Swimming At The Wave Water Park Wednesday During Brutal Heat Wave

BREAKING: The scorching heat is expected to linger through the end of the week.

DUBLIN, CA — Tri-Valley residents seeking a brief respite from the scorching heat this week are invited to swim for free at The Wave waterpark in Dublin. A section of the Sports Pool and Splash Zone will be open to the community for free on Tuesday and Wednesday between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. City officials said the the water slides will be closed.   • The Dublin Library is located at 200 Civic Plaza (adjacent to the Dublin Civic Center and Sports Grounds) and is open Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.; and Sunday, 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. (The Dublin Library is closed Fridays.)
