Grounded: Everyday Practices for Cultivating Life
Lent is a season for slowing down and paying attention. In the weeks leading to Easter, we look beneath the surface of our lives to notice what needs care and where new life is trying to take root.

This Lent, we’ll tend the soil of our lives not by trying harder, but by watching Jesus, who shows us how to truly live. Together, we’ll practice what he practices, eating and resting, playing and mending, washing, weeping, and waking to new life. As we cultivate these everyday rhythms,
we’ll begin to see how God is already at work, quietly bringing new life within and among us.

Matthew 11:28-30

28-30 “Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion? Come to me. Get away with me and you’ll recover your life. I’ll show you how to take a real rest. Walk with me and work with me—watch how I do it. Learn the unforced rhythms of grace. I won’t lay anything heavy or ill-fitting on you. Keep company with me and you’ll learn to live freely and lightly.”
