Helpful lady in Dublin

My mother in-law opened a new massage place on Amador Valley Blvd right next to the Ranch 99 plaza yesterday.  She told me to get some balloons for the grand opening.  I made my way to Party City on the other side of town and got 18 balloons with helium.  As I was walking to my cars with 18 balloons floating above my head, people thought I was going to through a big party or something.

I drove a small car, and small Protege 5.  I had a very hard time stuffing 18 helium balloons into this small vehicle.  A blonde lady, around her late 40s or early 50s walked saw me and offered to help me to get this balloons into the car.  She held about half of the balloons in place while I try to stuff the other half in first.  Then we both push all the balloon in, they filled up the back seats and the trunk.  Then she walked to the passenger side of the vehicle and said "we have to close the doors at the same time very quickly so the balloons won't fly out."  And we did.  After she shuts the door with me, I was trying to inspect if the balloons are okay.  Then she smiled "alright, you are good to go" and walked to her own car.  She walked so fast that I didn't even get a chance to say the last "thank you."

My observation is that in a small town like Dublin, people are generally helpful to each other and care about the needs and happiness of other people; true altruism.

I hope my mother in-law will do great in her new massage business in Dublin, it is a cute town with very nice people around.
