
Dublin Police Services logged several arrests last week involving controlled substances and individuals, who were either under the influence or in possession -- or both.
, where they apprehended sex offender 53, of San Leandro, on suspicion of being under the influence and possessing controlled substances, along with drug paraphernalia, according to records.

Epps was booked at the Santa Rita Jail with a $60,000 bail. Prosecutors are seeking to revoke his probation at his Feb. 28 court date, records show.
In addition to his registered sex offenses of sexual battery and indecent exposure, Epps' rap sheet includes 2009 arrests at the Oakland Coliseum for ticket scalping and fighting, and in Castro Valley for driving under the influence, court records state.

Court files also list his numerous aliases, including Ron Quick, Donald Eoosee and Malik Shaheed.
(This suspect, Ronald Derrick Epps, should not be confused with another Santa Rita inmate, Ronald James Epps, 50, jailed on burglary charges.)

- Domestic violence reported on the 3400 block of Finnian Way at 4:30 a.m.
- Stolen vehicle recovered at 8:58 a.m. along 4600 Tassajara Road.
- Forgery reported at 4:04 p.m. on the 7100 block of Regional Street.
- Battery cited on the 4900 block of Piper Glen Terrace at 6:37 p.m.
Wednesday, Feb. 22
- A Fremont man, 25, was arrested at 2:22 p.m. along 6000 Scarlett Court for suspected contempt of court and probation violations.
- Vehicular burglary reported at 9:08 p.m. on the 6700 block of Regional Street.
- Two public-intoxication arrests made: at 10:31 p.m. along 7700 Amador Valley Boulevard; and at 11:27 p.m. on 4800 Dublin Boulevard.
- A Dublin woman, 45, was arrested at 8:23 a.m. on Village Parkway and Wineberry Way for suspected DUI and being under the influence of controlled substances.
- A Castro Valley female, 24, was arrested at 10:07 a.m. on Dublin Boulevard and San Ramon Road for suspected DUI, and possessing and being under the influence of narcotics.
- Two 27-year-old men, from Hayward and Dublin, were arrested for allegedly being under the influence of controlled-substances at 8:37 p.m. at Starward Drive and Amador Valley Boulevard.
- An Oakland female, 33, was arrested at 3 p.m. at Dublin Boulevard and Regional Street for suspected theft and forgery. Her companion, an Oakland man, 45, was arrested on a bench warrant.
Tuesday, Feb. 21
- Noise complaint filed at 12:01 a.m. along 3200 Maguire Way.
- An Oakland man, 23, was arrested for an outstanding warrant at 1:36 a.m. on the 4000 block of Hacienda Drive.
- Controlled-substance arrest made of a San Leandro male, 53, at 8:10 p.m. on the 7800 block of Dublin Boulevard.
Monday, Feb. 20
- Stolen vehicle report filed at 12:17 p.m. along 3300 Monaghan Street.
- Two vehicular burglaries logged: at 4:15 p.m. along 4800 Dublin Boulevard; and at 7:30 p.m. on 6500 Regional Street.
- Theft was reported at 100 Civic Plaza at 10:58 a.m.
Sunday, Feb. 19
- Police obstruction was reported at 11:45 p.m. on the 5300 block of Hibernia Drive.
